| Vidya Vox was born on September 27, 1991 Age 26 years old in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Vidya Vox is a Youtuber and an American singer. She holds a degree in psychology from George Washington University. She learned carnatic classical music since she was a girl and had many amazing gurus throughout her journey, including D.K. Nagarajan, brother of the late D.K. Pattamal. Vidya started making videos on YouTube, which opened a door she never dreamed of. She is currently learning Hindustani Classical and attending Western singing classes. Vidya regularly performs as singer of the Shankar Tucker Band.
