| Birth of Nivin Pauly on October 11, 1984 is an Indian film actor and producer known for his work in the Malayalam cinema. Nivin Pauly was born into a Syro-Malabian Catholic family of Aluva, Ernakulam, on October 11, 1984. Nivin's father, Pauly Bonaventure, a mechanic who worked in Aarau, Switzerland, and his mother was a nurse in a Swiss hospital. Nivin spent his holidays with his parents in Aarau where they stayed 25 years. He was raised in Kerala. He obtained a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering and Communication at the Federal Institute of Science and Technology of Angamaly in 2006. At Pauly's School, he was a fan of actors Rajesh Khanna, Mohanlal, Mamooty and Kamal Haasan . |

| Prior to joining the film industry, Navin worked as a software engineer at Infosys in Bangalore. At the end of 2008, he quit his job to pursue a career in the theater field. He made his acting debut in the Malayalam 2010 film "Malarvaadi Arts Club". The film was a huge commercial success. After giving a few films on average, Navin starred in the hit hit "Thattathin Marayathu", which established him as one of the main actors in the Malayalam films. In 2013, he made his Tamil debut with "Neram" against Nazriya Nazim. He tasted success in his first effort in the Tamil film industry. Neil was at the peak of his career in 2014, when he gave consecutive successes such as "1983", "Ohm Shanthi Oshaana" and "Bangalore Days". "He was in his absolute best in" Premam ", which established him as the new superstar of Malayalam cinema. |
