| Anjali is an Indian film actress and former model. She was born on June 16, 1984 in Razole, Andhra Pradesh, India. Anjali works in the Tamil and Telugu film industry. She began her modeling career and then entered the film industry. Anjali debuted on screen in Telugu Movie Photo as Swapna. In 2007, she received two awards for her debut Tamil Film Kattardhu Thamizah. Anjali another popular Tamil film Angadi Theru, who won her two best actress awards. Anjali has established herself as the highest paid commercial actress in the South Indian film industry. |

| In 2002, Anjali was hired to appear in director Kalanjiyam's Sathamintri Muthamidu as Sundhari's screen, but the film failed to materialize. The director has also started two other films with Anjali, Valiba Desam and En Kanavu Thaanadi, although these have also failed to materialize. During one of her modeling missions, she was spotted by director Siva Nageswara Rao, who gave her a lead role in her thriller Telugu Photo. Anjali described a ghost haunting his murderers in Photo, who shared two other newcomers, Anand and Bhanu. |
