| Sonal Chauhan is an Indian actress, model and singer. She was born on May 16, 1987 in Delhi, India. Sonal Chauhan works in Telugu and Bollywood Film Industries. She made her screen debut with Hindi Movie Jannat and her Telugu Debut Rainbow released the same year. Sonal Chauhan received the Filmfare award for best female film for Hindi Film Jannat. She also sang a singer, sang a Hindi kaise movie Bataoon on the 3G movie. |

| Sonal Chauhan won the Miss World Tourism 2005 contest in Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia. She is claimed to be the first Indian model to be crowned the Miss World Tourism title. She then began her modeling career and appeared in several commercials of different brands such as DishTv, Ponds and Nokia. She has also appeared on the cover of FHM magazine. She walked the ramp for the YS18 jewelry brand at the 2011 India International Jewelry Week; she was also the star of the show. Sonal Chauhan made his screen debut by appearing in the music video for Himesh Reshammiya's Aap Kaa Surroor. Film director Jannat Kunal Deshmukh saw her in a restaurant and contacted her for the role of Zoya Mathur. In a week, she started shooting for the film Jannat against Emraan Hashmi. The film proved to be a critical and major commercial success deserving him several nominations, including -Filmfare Award for Best Female Beginning. The same year, Sonal Chauhan made his telugu debut with the movie Rainbow. |
