| Chitrangada Singh is an Indian actress and former model. She was born on August 30, 1976 in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. Chitrangada Singh works in the Bollywood film industry. She made her screen debut with the highly acclaimed Hindi Film Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi under the name of Geeta Rao, who won two Zee Cine Awards and the Apsara Award for Best Actress. She has played many popular films including 'Kal: Yesterday and Tomorrow, Yeh Saali Zindagi, Desi Boys, Me, Me Aur Main, Kirchiyaan, Gabbar is back, etc. Chitrangada Singh married Jyoti Singh Randhawa in 2001 and divorced in 2014. |

| Chitrangada Singh began his career with modeling and music videos. She made music videos such as Gulzar's 'Sunset Point' and Abhijeet's Koi Lauta De Woh Pyare Pyare Din. During her modeling years, she did commercials for Alukkas Jewelery, ICIC Bank, Taj Mahal Tea and Garnier. She began her acting career with 'Hazaaron Khawaishein Aisi' in 2003. Although the film was average at the box office, it was critically acclaimed. His performance as Geeta Rao has been positively received and has developed a cult status among movie buffs. She took a break from acting from 2005 to 2088 due to some family issues. In 2008, she made her comeback with the movie 'Sorry Bhai!'.
