Deepika Singh, who played the lead role of Sandhya in Diya Aur Baati Hum, is not only a talented actress, but a trained Odissi dancer as well.
The actress recently had the opportunity to present an Odissi recital in Thailand, where his show is still on air and continues to be popular. Deepika was invited to the country on the occasion of Diya Aur Baati Hum ending 1,000 episodes.
"On the occasion of Diya Aur Baati Hum who completed 1000 episodes in Thailand, I was invited by them to chain it to Odissi. It was the first time I played this dance form to the Thai public.
